Earth Infrastructures Ltd has been luring people for investments, promising high dividends, stops payments on unreasonable grounds, starts demanding more money on flimsy grounds, seems have amassed lot of money from the people through their own trained people; their own employees are leaving the jobs, the directors are not accessible, do not share their telephone nos. phone nos. etc, their reception people have also been briefed not to share any information with the clients. do not respond to communications, have been changing bankers frequently. Govt. need take note of it and act against them and compel them to refund the amounts., most of their projects are half built, delayed indefinitely. their legal advisors seem to have no ethics, have been ill advising them as to how to remain scot free.
Hope the Govt. sooner will take exemplary action against them as in the case of Sahara, Supreme Court has been harsh on the owner.
