Dear,
I have invested 30% of cost to completion for my 3BHk flat B101 .
I have a idea that I will shift to my new flat in 2017 but I am disappointed to see the site that the proposed building yet to start now. Now I can’t understand what to do ? Last 2 year no progress and the builder also did not respond me properly. I have paid the Corporation bank charges without disbursements any loan amount. Now I wish to withdraw my amount with interest . I requst for right judgement.
