Sir,
I have paid Rs.187000/- through cheque no. 024332, IDBI Bank in November 2012 in favour of
Earth Infrastructure Ltd.
From the so many years, i am repeatedly requesting for the refund but no action has been taken till now.
I have talk to Mr. Ashish, Mrs. Adity, Mr. Dinesh over phone several times, I also visited earth infrastructure karol bagh, Delhi Office but unfortunately my matter is still pending.
therefore I request you to kindly resolve this matter and Refund my amount with interest.
