I am Pranav Bisht having booked a Titanium Studio in Tech Zone 6 of SEZ Greater Noida with Earth Iconic Infrastrucutures Pvt. Ltd. (a company of Earth Infrastrures Ltd.). I have invested approx. Rs.21.50 lacs in August 2014 (CSN No.ETTS-2280)on this one BHK flat (520 sq. ft) with the hope to get assured return till the possession. My assured return has been stopped by the company from March 2016 onwards and the assured return cheque for the month of March 2015 has not been yet encashed due to the closure of their account with ING Vysa Bank now Kotak Mahindra bank. Whenever I approach them for realisation of payment against the said cheque I am assured and given a next date.
