I have booked 1310 sq ft flat in earth gracia, in noida extension in aug2013. Seeing the delay in project work i want my money back.
I have paid 20% of total cost.

I have tried to contact to senior officers of earth gracia but customer care dept did not allowed to meet with them & cc dept never registered my complaint and told us nothing can be done regarding refund of deposited money.
I am loosing my interest on deposited money.
