A purchase made through Ebay shopping portal on 21.03.2017 with Paisepay ID PaisaPay ID: 44972558458 was not delivered and Ebay sent a message that refund of Rs 3700/- was processed on 10.04.2017 and credited to my paytm account. I am yet to receive the refund in my paytm account. I have sent umpteen mails and had several telecon with Ebay but the same has been of no avail. Copies of my paytm statements as requested by Ebay were also sent to them.
It is more than 35 days and there has been no positive response from Ebay to resolve the issue.
It is requested to take up issue with Ebay and help me in obtaining refund of Rs 3700/-.
