Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am writing to file a formal legal complaint against Egniol Services Pvt Ltd for engaging in fraudulent activities, including cheating, deceptive marketing practices, failure to deliver services as promised, and the imposition of a contract after payment. It has come to my attention that Egniol Services Pvt Ltd has been involved in a pattern of dishonest behavior, where they exploit us in the name of a government scheme to deceive unsuspecting startups and entrepreneurs like myself.
On 17th Nov 2022, I was contacted by a representative named Hiren Bhatt from Egniol Services Pvt Ltd. Mr. Bhatt presented himself as an authorized agent & has connections with SISFS & other govt. schemes and assured me of the company’s ability to provide comprehensive services that align with the scheme’s objectives & guaranteed Investment from any of the multiple (~`50) govt. initiatives. He made grand promises and painted a picture of success, assuring me that their services would meet all the necessary standards and deliver significant benefits to my business with a GOAL of getting Investment any how possible & I have to just cooperate with Business Details.
Relying on these representations, I agreed to engage Egniol Services Pvt Ltd and proceeded to make the required payment as per their stipulated terms on 19th Nov 2022. However, since that time, it has become painfully evident that their promises were empty and their intentions were malicious. Despite multiple follow-ups and requests for updates, Egniol Services Pvt Ltd has failed to deliver the services as agreed upon. Their communication has become evasive, and their true colors have been revealed – they are nothing more than a fraudulent company exploiting innocent entrepreneurs for personal gain.
It is crucial to note that Egniol Services Pvt Ltd deliberately withheld crucial information from me before making the payment. At no point during our interactions was I informed about the existence of a contract, nor was I provided with any documentation outlining the terms and conditions of the engagement. After making the payment on 19th Nov 2022, I was presented with a contract to sign. It was only after the payment was made that Egniol Services Pvt Ltd insisted on the contract’s signing as a prerequisite for initiating services. This lack of transparency and the subsequent refusal to begin services without a signed contract further demonstrates their deceptive practices.
When a refund request was raised, they simply put their hands up & refused clearly stating the signed contract which was done forcefully to initiate the services.
I have discovered that I am not alone in falling victim to Egniol Services Pvt Ltd’s deceitful practices. Numerous startups and entrepreneurs have come forward with similar stories of being cheated by this company. Their fraudulent activities have caused significant financial losses, opportunity losses, and immense stress and hardship for individuals and businesses alike.
I urge the Portal to take immediate action against Egniol Services Pvt Ltd to protect innocent entrepreneurs from further harm. The following actions are necessary:
A thorough investigation into Egniol Services Pvt Ltd’s operations, marketing practices, fraudulent activities, and the imposition of contracts after payment, in collaboration with appropriate legal authorities.
Issuance of a public warning and advisory regarding Egniol Services Pvt Ltd’s deceptive practices, with a focus on protecting potential victims from falling into their trap.
Implementation of stricter regulations and oversight to prevent such fraudulent entities from exploiting the government scheme and innocent individuals in the future.
Provision of necessary support and guidance to the victims, including legal assistance and resources for recovering damages incurred.
It is imperative that swift and decisive action is taken against Egniol Services Pvt Ltd to prevent further harm to innocent entrepreneurs and to restore trust in the government scheme. I trust that the Government Portal recognizes the urgency to save many others.
