Our applications are all turned down, and the team is unable to explain why. Additionally, Vikas Singh is not accepting responsibility for his statements that we are eligible for PMEGP and that we can easily receive 50 lac.
I have finally asked for a refund. I have spent numerous hours on calls and follow-ups with various members of your team, but not a single one of them provided me with a comprehensive picture of the current state of affairs. Since then, nobody has returned our emails.
My inquiries for refunds have similarly received no answer as of late. They initially stated that they would issue a refund before breaking their own promise.
I just wanted to let you know that Vikas Singh and I had a bad experience. He actually explained to me why my language and culture were inappropriate.
Both Bhavik Ganatra and Bhavin Babhor are not responding to our communications.
I hope this feedback will be helpful to you as you train your teams on how to sell to a client, honor their word, and deliver the service that was promised.
