I placed an order on the website over 2 months ago. I was informed that the product was unavailable by sent on 20th may. I have been waiting for a refund since then, but have only received excuses on follow up.

More recently, there is no response to emails / creation of tickets via their site. The phone that is listed just has an automated message asking you to email them instead.

These are not low value products. There being no way to get in touch with the company is worrisome.
