I visited the store with two of my friends.
At first, there were two agents who helped when I asked about the product details. When I finally decided to buy, I waited patiently for any sales agents to approach me to no avail. The security guard just kept on observing me and my friends.
We intentionally waited for someone who would try to approach us and offer assistance but no one bothered to ask. I noticed one agent wearing glasses intentionally passing by us just in case we call for assistance. BUT there was another sales agent who POINTED at us as if saying we have no business staying there.
After waiting for over 20 minutes of standing for anyone to assist us, someone wearing a coat finally assisted us in getting the product.
I purposely waited if anyone would offer assistance to us and I only received it after waiting for a long time.
I have got from Emax Yas mall a dryer machine brand wirhpol next day I have called to complain about this dryer requesting for an exchange for a better one, they did not accept it since the dryer doesn’t have manufacturing damage however client is very unhappy this is not the first time last time one year back I have got a Samsung fridge which from day one is making so many rare noises the feedback from emax was the same conclusion emax has lost a customer!
I want to complain one of your staff in Emax DCC. His name is Shoaib very unprofessional and he thinks that all people are technically knowledgeable. Very bad service and not assisting properly. I was talking to one guy and he just interrupt that guy who is helping me out.
I purchased from dubai mall since more than 3 days and not delivered. They promised to deliver next day. No body answer me on call center !!!
