I was displeased to learn that cash refund does not occur over the counter which absolutely contradicts your earlier email.

Anyway, do avail us the best option to which our pending aed560.00 funds can be retrieved in our local currency asap.

Kindly effect the refund via the credit card(s) 539941*4064 option as in the case of aed200 already received.

  1. I am applying for a refund, you have replied to contact the Agent/ticketing office. I purchased the extra legroom direct, and not through my travel company. You have emailed me (refund request No. 2578615/6), and I need to progress this refund directly with you. I purchased the legroom from you on 11/11/2019 via my visa debit card. I need to receive a refund directly from you, and would be grateful if you could facilitate this at your earliest convenience.
