I have purchased a turbo charger from http://www.industrybuying.com/ on 15/06/2018,Got delivery on 21/06/2018,turbo charger is using for car engine part it cost 9400 rupees,main part of the product which is turbo CHARGER TURBINE is damaged when i received,my mechanic advise me to return the item otherwise the deffected turbo would make complaint to the engine.when am purchaising they agreed a 48 hours of replacement,now they have changed their words and they are not accepting return,I told them that am willing to pay the logistics expenses whatever comes.I just opened the product from the packing else i did not use it.I can produce invoice if required,Customer care executives are not giving email replay.now my car in work shop since 1 month
