We placed an order in the name of our research guide in industrialbuying.com through online shopping for the ultrasonic cleaning instrument without basket. Before placing an order we confirmed the price and supplier by requesting quotation from them; quotation number- 1261331 on date 26 Nov 2016: 09:24PM from industrybuying.com which cost Rs.5,760 and voucher code: V776LGB7DL50 for 5% offer.
So after conformation we place an order by online payment through VISA debit card on 09:00PM. After that they replied that our order was successfully placed with order number:101261330 and it will be shipped between 4 to 7 working days. But after 11th day that means today they cancelled an order at 01:00PM. But between these 11 days we regularly followed there website and contacted more then 10 to 15 times,. But when we contacted them they always promised us that “our product will be shipped in 3 to 4 days.

Sir, now they cancelled an order buy giving the reason the price has been increased, so product is out of stock. But we noticed that the price of an instrument was increased after 06 Dec 2016. By cancelling our order they wasted our 11 days of work by waiting for an instrument because we are utilizing these instrument for carrying out research work in laboratory.

But now they are saying that our amount will be refunded within 2 weeks. So please consider our compliant and give me a compensation or the instrument for the same price within 2 to 3 days and take serious action.

Sir we have all the proofs; such as: conversation mails, call history, quotation and amount credited details.
