Eureka Forbes – vacum cleaner delivered by no further action by sales personnel

End sept. 13 I have booked a vacum cleaner of Eureka Forbes and made full payment. item has been delivered within a week, but as of now the company has not botered to give demostration for my starting to use it. thus it is lying idle for over a month. their engineers are not responding inspite of my repeated calls. only during my out of station for a week they called up but since then no one is bothered. there seems to be no complaint cell in this company – only service calls can be logged.
