We booked our tickets through Mr Kaushal of Evershine holidays pvt ltd. However,due to some unfoseen events we have to cancel our booking.
The flight was on 28th May, 2023 and the cacellation request was made on 24th May, 2023. Afterwards, Mr Kaushal said that it takes 30-45 days to get the refund issues. The tickets were priced at Rs. 1,72,000 and the cancellation charges were Rs 24,500 per person which included two children ahd two adulrs. So, out of Rs. 1, 72 000, I was getting only rs 74000. Its been 80 days and still he is not refunding us the money. Even the company address is wrong. His phone number is 9811958158 and the other number is 9711622632.
