I had paid a sum of Rs.4500 on 18/06/2013 vide receipt number 5083 to “Exalt Consulting Placement Services Pvt Ltd” as they provide Job placement services. As per the terms of agreement the validity period for Experience candidate is 3 months and if Exalt Consultancy is unable to provide job in 3 months or if the one get job with their own efforts within the period of the 3 months then they would refund the amount after expiry of the 3 months i.e for me on 17/09/2013. As a procedure of refund I had filled up the refund form and send the same to their registered office address on 24/09/2013 via DTDC courier no B01325290, also dropped them a mail stating that I did sent it. I have also checked the status by DTDC and got to know that it was received on the same day but did not get any response/acknowledgement by them, Now I have dropped multiple follow-up mails ever since but did not get even a single response and Whenever I call them they mostly do not pick that and when they do and I ask their representative about the status of my refund they say they will get back to me as soon as they get information from there Accounts department but it has not happened till now. I feel so helpless.

I would be grateful to you if you please have a look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible. Regards
