I’m very disappointed with the service , Zero .
Processing team don’t even give a frequent update in my application , and we both have an agreement to update me regardless what is the outcome. Application is almost one year , and no progress. Just a waste of money

I applied almost one year ago and Ms.komal was handling and responding till 6 months.After that she is no more in contact. After few days, I received a mail from Ms.Rimsha that she will be handing my application. However, there is no any case update and follow up from her side.
