I ordered four pairs of footwear (order No.14051) in fabledeal.com on 19th June 2016. They delivered only three items out of four. An item worth Rs.372/- was not delivered as it was out of stock at that time. In spite of the repeated calls and mails the response was very poor and every time over phone they were giving false commitments. Some of the complaints replied with the same false promises. 2 weeks back one of the customer executives said that the refund request can not be processed as it is very old transaction. Now none of the customer care facilities such as toll free number,whatsapp number and mail are not giving any response.Please help me in resolving this issue.
