i ordered a sony mobile near 25000 on emi through my credit card bt after order 2 weeks completed still mobile no came i called to customer care they told me due to technical problem u have to cancle the order bt after cancelled the order still my emi came and whenever i called to customer care for refunds they cut the call otherwise they not recieve the calls
