Refund not received
I placed an oder for sony m5 dual mobile and paid of 25000/- via net banking on 20th jun but when i never received the product till 15th july. and made five five call for status was told that the product is NOT AVAILABLE and you letusbuy can’t deliver it.

So i canceled the order on 18th july . But then my payment is not refunded. Should i go to economical office wing for the complain or the consumer court. Is there anyone how can help me to get my refund. I have wasted a lot of energy with their customer care but they always promise 24 to 48 hrs which never com
