I dropped in an inquiry mail on the helpdesk email id mentioned on their website on Jan 23,2022.(mail copy enclosed)
Till date I have not received any further communication on the purchased material.

I have booked set of cups but they have taken my payment on 28 Dec 2021 but I didn’t receive the product till now I just hate dis fabtouch it’s was my first purchase n I am very disappoint with the service
