My self sandeep i try to place a order from fabtouch site. First i fullfill my all detail like my name address etc. After that they took me to the payment page there i make payment of 349rs through my debit card after fullfill my card details another page is open for ente OTP after enter OTP the new page open of transaction failed but the money is deducted from my account. Then i try to call there contact number but that’s not working and no response on e-mail also. Please help me to get my money back.
