Ceo Suneera is big liar and cheat as she avoiding my calls and instructs lady in front office to say she not in office. I have found the sales staff that asked me to signup 2 no longer works there. I contact privately with her and she show me documents to prove this company too much scam. I will share on every social media, blogs soon and call on dubai government to close this company.

its been six months they forgot about my case which delayed the whole process.they have about two competent worker and the rest is so rude and on and on unhelpful . I had some problems after sending my application which they couldn’t help with they wanted to charge me extra dues and I couldn’t pay this
I am disappointed with this service as they have put together my application in the end but i found all the process was time consuming. a lot of back-and-forth which could have been more efficient after thinking my application was good to go and sending it off I recently received a rejection letter saying that payment amount was insufficient this was not my fault because I was instructed to pay that certain amount I’m still waiting to get a reply back to resolve this issue it’s been almost 2 months you can imagine how it’s building stress and frustration as I trusted them,
I will say something is definitely not working at this company our application guide cannot or will not answer a simple question about one constitutes a physical address for the green card application at this point I am more worried about that they don’t have the competency to move forward even if we do submit our application today can you please just be honest with your customer if you cannot do what you said you could do so that we can move forward with someone else
Very unprofessional unethical and I didn’t get my permit I went to them to solve my problem I pay them but the application that took one month for process and they took again eight months for that whenever I called them they’re saying wait wait that’s it . The whole office is lewd look for something better you guys don’t waste your time and money
If you don’t want to waste your time money and future then please never go to there , they are robbers,I got refused because of their non-serious behavior and blunder they made , these people are reckless once you pay them and will you will destroy your future I will ask you to stay away from them
Disappointing customer experience I had called twice to seek advice on immigration but unfortunately no one bothered to call back ,after my first detail conversation, i shared my contact information information and after they still didn’t answered me ,surprisingly the result was same,i hope they understand there’s competition in the market and this is unacceptable I am a business owner and they have lost me forever all the best to them with this kind of customer service
One of the worst experience and consultant with the least knowledge they don’t even know English and they don’t even know how to write a story for immigration officer they are just milking money and are not professional at all, please don’t waste your money as I did waste my money and got nothing from them .
What are rubbish immigrations ,consultant looting student on the name of immigration I got my visa refused two times, All full customer services they don’t even look at the documents
I had worst experience with the whole team I applied for my sister’s visa they are so careless first of all I got rejection for the visa secondly they’re informing me after six month even I am calling them after every 15 days since I applied and receptionist just saying we’ll give you a call back once we got any update.staff sitting at front and attending calls in a rude way they just hang up the call.they even didn’t listen to the whole talk,I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go there
