It was mid November when I first wrote to the firm for an evaluation. After a follow up, they wrote back in the end of August asking for more details, I provided that information right away, followed up twice, and four weeks later haven’t even heard back from them. At least they should reply saying they are too busy to take up my case. But keeping me hanging for 7 weeks is simply unprofessional.
This is single-handedly the worst customer service I have ever received. They have stolen our money without providing the services promised and now refuse to resolve the situation. DO NOT use them.
My husband and I are trying to sort visa plan as I am British. We paid for the advice package which has expectations for what is included clearly laid out on their website. First we had a disappointing advice session where many of the promises on the website were simply not fulfilled. And now, most infuriating is we have spent the last THREE weeks trying to get the summary letter promised, answers to our questions as promised and a resolution to the on-going customer service disgrace.
We have called at least SEVEN times for upwards of 30 minutes-an hour calls – every time we are met with different solutions and promises that NOT ONE person has followed through on. They refuse to let you speak to a manager.,

In response to this “Immigration Service” – the inquiry I sent was “I’m interested in discussing an immigration issue with you”, to which they want to charge 150AED for a first phone call. That creates an instant barrier.

I didn’t reach the point of using them, and it doesn’t require a rocket scientist to figure out the scam they play.
The site clearly states “chat” with someone to discuss whatever issue you have. And they do trick you at first with simple question to summarize the issue you’d like assistance with 😊 that was the first trigger something funny is going on… Who ever was on the other side did not even wait to receive my answer and immediately replied with some kind of recorded message that someone would be in touch with me via email ASAP and asked about my email.
I would give zero if I could. I have all the proof this is a legitimate story (emails, bank statement) in case the company try to say this is not legitimate. At the end of 2021 I paid 1500AED to have our spouse visa application documents checked and sent off. Our case worker was Abbas Mosvi. In march 2022 we had a microsoft teams meeting where the process was discussed, and our deadline of april which was agreed to.
Early april I email Abbas our documents…nothing back. A week later I had to ring head office to see if she even received them, he had, he just didn’t bother to let us know. Another 3 weeks go by and we hear nothing. Our deadline passes, still nothing.
So I phoned the office to cancel the services and request a refund (because we had to send our application ourselves). Nothing. It’s been another three weeks, of hearing, you guessed it, nothing. Today I have had to report them to the OISC to try and get my money back.
In a continuation to my experience with this immigration agency from my review dated 23rd September, I feel it warranted another one star review with the lack of response in trying to draw this matter to any conclusion. Despite being told a senior member of staff was looking at my case, I only received a two sentence e-mail. I asked for more detail, but have now been waiting over three weeks for a response despite chasing them for an answer. Disappointing to say the least, and feels rude and arrogant.
We contacted this immigration agency to get a quick document check on a visa application. We decided to go with the service and paid up front because they told us they could get it done that week. We then got an email changing the date of our appointment to the following week and also stating that we would receive a follow up email within 24 hours with the details. This email never came, and 48 hours later we had to call them to cancel our appointment, since we were on a tight schedule and could not wait for them to keep delaying. However, cancelling our service and getting a refund was a long winded, waste of our time that took multiple emails and phone calls with many examples of staff members saying they would get back to us for them to never do so. We were also emailed by multiple different accounts with different appointment times, often to arrange a new meeting only 2 minutes before the meeting time and continued this process right up until the end. This seemed very suspicious, so we reported them as fraud and finally got our refund a week after making the report.
There are better immigration lawyers who won’t your time and money.
We instructed them and paid 2,200AED for our immigration matter yet nothing was done, despite persistently chasing them. Absolutely no sense of care or urgency, even though we were on a very strict time limit for our immigration application. We eventually had enough, so we complained to them and withdrew instructions. To my surprise, they didn’t even care or respond to the complaint made, but instead they agreed to issue a refund albeit it took over 2 months for the refund to be processed despite the 28day processing time they indicate. Not to mention, that we had contacted them on daily basis to push for our refund and they attempted to keep as much of the amount as possible (initially, 200AED which was disputed and dragged down to 120AED), but it should be noted that they didn’t conduct any work for us so we simply handed 120AED over to them.

Raviteja – enquiries team did not deliver what was agreed and paid to them. He was agreed for one price tp prepare, and review the application. then he asked me another money to make cover letter of this review.

I had my first interview with Raviteja who was alright but he told me if they were to take care of my case it was going to cost 2100AED.
I accepted his price and paid the money next day.
Since then I waiting for 10 days with and they never got started with my case, I was reassigned to another lawyer who then asked for the same documents I gave Uche 10 days before.
On the 13th I sent them all an email letting them know I’m disappointed in the service and that I’m not happy to proceed. They then offered a 300AED discount if I was to continue which I refused and I asked for a refund.
Since then I had to chase by email and phone daily to get my refund process started and today they told me I was chasing the wrong person and that I need to chase James not john and that when its approved it going to take 28 days for the refund to be made.

But this time I am so upset at the new management and lawyers they have there now . They are just there to rip people off! They put me in touch with someone who first of all is not a lawyer and second of all had no clue of any boarder control basic rule.. Given I realised that after one minute of talking to this person I asked not to go ahead with the consultation and not to be charged given the service I asked for (a consultation provided by a qualified immigration lawyer) was not provided. Despite that, I was charged £250 for what was 2 min phone call with someone who is not even a lawyer or solicitor!!! I also googled the name of the person who was supposed to be a lawyer and I found out he is a para legal and was also fined for talking money from clients unlawfully. STAY AWAY. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I will proceed legally to stop this fraud!
Please do your due diligence and research into this company! They wasted my time and money and the customer service and waiting times to get a reply are horrendous. They owe me money for a terrible service and not even the head of complaints is trained enough to handle my dispute with them. It’s a circus, being ran by a bunch of poorly trained people. I own and run my own company and am shocked that they are even trading, my business would fail if I ran it in the same manner. SHOCKING SERVICE! I wouldn’t doubt that they put people up to writing these positive reviews, because it’s beyond me how their service could be a positive one?! They have NEVER attempted to put their horrible service right, so I have had to spend more time contacting the Ombusman and it just didn’t need to go this route. Besides helping you get what you need to be presented to the home office for all info disclosure, they suck, firstly both of my caseworkers didn’t know what they where doing, the first one was rude and contradicted us, the second one just kept repeating the same question and going backwards and didn’t pay attention to all of our emails and info we gave her, it was so annoying to the point I almost went ballistic, and after talking to the assignment manger 5 times and getting promised better results I got squat and basically waisted my time and money on there service, if you want to try working with them good luck to you but I’m telling you now do not work with them they give zero advice and keep messing up, in short unprofessional unreliable workers that are not worth paying a penny for.

We hired Immigration Advice Service because we wanted someone to consult with us about our questions and ideas involving immigration to the UK, and this company touts its ability to work with you as a consultant. However, that is not what happened. We spent $650 to sign up, had a 20 minute conversation with the attorney assigned to us and then nothing further. We’ve had a nearly impossible time reaching her in any kind of timely fashion with our additional questions. She just doesn’t respond to our emails. We’ve now requested a refund, and have not heard back from our account rep after multiple emails requesting a refund. Don’t waste your time or spend your money with this service. They don’t do what they say they will do and they take your money anyway.
I seem to be one of the clients that fell through the cracks, because my experience with IAS, as a business owner myself, was abysmal! They wasted so much of my time. They were not proactive, so that meant I was doing the chasing around. I was given different names of people that were handling my case, or a complaint raised against my case manager due to poor communication. In the end our application was denied and they took no responsibility when it was their fault for not communicating things to me. I have been left feeling angry and robbed of both my time and money. Based on my arduous journey with this company, my advice is run a mile! Pay a bit more and find a respectable company that will in the very least, communicate in a timely manner. I will make it my mission to warn good people about this company, so nobody goes through the nightmare we did with them. Thank you for listening and beware.
Just a sales pitch
Submitted an enquiry, got a call back from someone, explained the situation and was told “we can definitely help you with this, I suggest you get some in depth advice from one of our lawyers”. I re-explained the situation and pressed to know if they really think this is something that might be vianble. Yes definitely. Paid 150AED. Within 1 minute of speaking to the lawyer was told very clearly that this was a no-go. Absolutely not. I know the person I spoke to is just a sales person but you pick things up working in any industry and this is basic it seems. He even told me that it sounds like I would be looking for an adults dependents visa and should not be a problem. I asked if they had done many like this, I suggest as assured they had. Not so. It’s almost impossible to get one. Apparently it’s actually the most difficult visa to get. So I gave these crooks 150AED for a promised minimum hour (unlimited if needed!!) consultation that lasted less than 5 minutes. Highly unethical. Want my money back you thieves.

We booked a 300£ emergency appointment on the 6/05, the 7/05 we spoke to Raviteja; he prepared a quote and explained in details what they will do for us, a week later or so we paid £1900 fee. few days later, the case was assigned to a different case worker, Agnes…he said that he doesnt know nothing about the case but will catch up with us…since then we never heard from them again! We had been calling and emailing but nothing. Raviteja’s number is disconnected, Agnes doesnt pick up the phone. Today, we received a letter from the court saying that the trial will be in 2weeks. This company smells like a scam! I ve never seen something like this before! Please stay away from them!!! They will finesse you until you paid then disappear on you! To be continued….

I used the service for my Tier 2 visa application. Firstly, the person made the appointment wrongly twice. The meeting with the lawyer was less than half an hour. The lawyer she was quite impatient and instead of guiding me through the whole application process I have to keep asking questions for more advice. For the written feedback which includes in the service, I have to push twice to get it. And the written feedback was full of spelling mistakes which seems very unprofessional and not serious to the job. I am still not clear about the process.
In my initial emails with the company before booking my initial consultation, I explained that I was interested in applying for a Tier 1 visa in the UK, I was told the firm had plenty of experience with these visas and that they had “a 100% success rate”. When I joined the consultation call (after paying £150) the consultant I was paired with had never processed a T1 visa before and had less knowledge on the subject than I did.
Following this, an additional consultation call was booked with the manager of the initial consultant I dealt with, this second call was more constructive with some good discussion around my case for a t1. After this call, the firm followed up with a letter of recommendation. The letter was very clearly copy/pasted from another client, and large parts of the letter still had the previous client’s case details in it. As a result, it made no sense to me and hasn’t been updated after asking for a week.
Have attempted to post a review on here 3 times with no luck. Spoke with their representative previously who was helpful, advised to speak with an Immigration lawyer which I paid 80AED for. On the time of our meeting, I had to send a Teams meeting to him + was advised that he could not help me once I said I had started the visa application myself + just wanted some advice. He just said I wouldn’t be able to do it on my own + would have to pay a big amount of money for him to do it. Waste of time + money + company are refusing to refund me. I have gained nothing from them. Very disappointed + would not recommend!
I’m sad that I cant give zero stars. I thought that was a professional company, instead they gave me the wrong advice in the beginning. Before I pay they was calling everyday, checking and helping me with doubts, after I payed took 1 month to get a application done, and they did in the last minute just because my case worker Raviteja was going on vacation, so he did on 20/05/22 at 17:30h on a rush.
Anyway, now 6 months later I realized that he did only 1 application and I had payed for 2 services so I requested a refund for the service that I didn’t use and they don’t even answer me anymore.
I was advised I would receive follow up information within 2 days – none received. I sent various emails and made phone calls requesting the information. I was promised a call back on the day with one call that I made, none received. Received no call back or emails, not even out of courtesy to let me know what was happening or a timeframe. The information that was provided in the consultation was lacking, I later researched online and found relevant information that was not provided in the consultation such as the existence of a priority service.
Unreliable service with plenty of lies and money hoarding strategies..
The advice session with a lawyer was ok..but then I received a call to make payment for the application service..I was promised that a specialised lawyer will be in touch within 3 days..when nobody contacted me I started calling them and everyone there was new lie..lawyer on holiday… lawyer will call you in an hour..our manager is making sure the best lawyer is alloted to you..etc.. finally after weeks of wait I asked for refund hand they didn’t process it until I sent a legal notic
They basically took 130 pounds off of me for nothing. They told me information I already knew, and I told them that information in the initial email to explain my situation. Their response was that they are well-positioned to help you”. So i thought maybe I was wrong. After spending 130 quid and organising a skype call i was told they cannot help because of the reasons i set out in my initial email! The only thing I could do to get my money’s worth was talk about Brexit and how that affects visas etc. I am still waiting for a response to my complaint

Spent 120AED for a consultation where I was given needless information with no clarifications. Basically spent that money for 10 mins with the agent where he basically tried to sell me the full service which sounded like a scam. They charge upfront and service provided isn’t worth it. Complained but really didn’t get a solution just my complain has been passed to the ‘complaint department’ and my refund request to the ‘refund department’. Also took 2 days for them to get back to me after my complain. Will be reporting to Office of immigration services commissioner. Would not recommend at all!
Call content was fine and covered off all details expected. Once the call was done I was just chased for the review to be completed.
On the call I was told I would be supplied with a detailed confirmation of what was discussed and links for additional support promised.
Unfortunately I was only supplied with more requests for feedback and the proposal to sign up and pay for more services.

The above experiences are not far from what I faced, same things, delays, ignoring, each time giving different opinions. In the end I became more lawyer than them by reading alot because I never got a useful reply from them! Bad company

They guide you in with sunshine and flowers and then once they get your money and it’s time to submit the application or do any work it’s weeks of waiting time, unreturned phone calls and emails. An expensive service for more anxiety and headache. Do more research and get a proper immigration solicitor. IAS asked me to review them after the first meeting before they started their ineptitude and I decided not to, so glad I delayed that. They pump up their reviews from these introductory meetings, not from the entire experience. I was conned by their ratings I hope you aren’t too.
Feel totally let down by this company. It feels like a business set up to pray on people in desperate immigration situations. We paid 300AED (which we were led to believe would be a set fee for our case to be handled!) for what turned out to be an 8 minute online call with very little advice other than a recommendation of spending another 250AED for a legal letter to be sent to the home-office. Obviously led to a refusal from the Home Office. Complaint process took 3 months to get a response and they did not care at all about the negligence of their lawyers. The initial appointment was rescheduled 2 times. Once it finally happened, it only lasted for 30 minutes and the lawyer gave me answers that I already knew. They were also supposed to send me a written advice after the session was over and to answer all my follow up questions in the next 7 days after the session. Needless to say none of that happened.

I am sorry to have to write this but in my case, this service provider was next to useless. I had high hopes for help for my wife’s visa issues, and booked an appointment via zoom for 165AED, no time limit, and then signposting for further help afterward. I liked the idea of fixed-price services.
Anyway, my time came and the lawyer listened to my problems, I had already sent documents via email to the admin (who I must say was very helpful). It actually appeared that no pre-reading of these documents had been done.
During the meeting, the lawyer seemed to have very little by way of advice, in fact, the number of yawns I saw perhaps I was boring them?
Having consulted about the refusal of two visas for nefarious and suspect reasons, the outcome proposed was to repeat the same visa enclosing a formal letter of complaint and explanation, costing around 800AED + 100AED visa fees. The problem with this idea was that the UKVI had disclosed a 10 year BAN had been made on the first refusal 2016, which we’d not been notified of, and would run for another 5 years after the latest refusal. (the whole charade is a long story)
That was it, I thought. But 3 days later the admin guy called and said was I happy with the meeting and explained I could have emailed any concerns within the 3 days after, for free. I explained I didn’t know and yes, I did have questions.
He assured me of contact on the next Monday when the lawyer returned from holiday, with answers to my questions.
It is now 3-4 weeks after that deadline I have heard nothing from anyone including the lawyer/admin.
My thought was £165 wasted. I now have a new lawyer that will be helping my wife get a visa, offering me advice I didn’t know, and a solution not before given.
On another note, not one lawyer is willing to take on the UKVI and confront the fraudulent and corrupt practices of the visit visa process. By the way, I now know of a lot of visa applicants who have been screwed by the Home Office.

After submitting required documents a month ago, I still haven’t been booked for my biometrics (even after getting slots available).

The website front says “Chat with an Immigration Lawyer in minutes, 24/7” however when I asked a simple question which would help me determine if I needed a lawyer, the instant response was to ask for my details so that I could be sent advertising material and billing information. the ‘chat’ is simply a misleading way of trying to get you to sign up for a service and will be no help whatsoever.
An absolutely terrible experience. For your own good do not use this company. They are not interested what so ever in resolving very simple cases. The stress and anxiety we have been through because of this company’s complete and utter incompetence is shocking.

Our lawyer was late joining the call with no apology and has since ignored my emails with the follow up questions that are supposed to be included in the price. I made a complaint and gave them a chance to make it right but they still didn’t answer the questions. Not worth the money.

Before i send any money they was calling me every day after i send a 500 Dir deposit they start to ignore me. I booked an appointment for my spouse’s visa renewal. I wanted have a call to get advice on the next steps. I paid £120 to book an appointment with one of their lawyers. My wife and I took time off work for the call on Microsoft Teams. However, the lawyer was a no-show. I sent her an email, only to get an auto-reply that Kassandra has left this organization.
This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
I wish that I could say my experience was as good as everyone else that I’ve read. Unfortunately it was not. I applied for dual citizenship in the fall of 2020 and did not receive the support and follow up that I expected for the significant price I paid. My case was reassigned twice. In the end I was finally approved and sworn in without my case worker even being aware. I had personally reached out to the application center on my own, since felt no progress was being made. It just highlighted they were not involved and the communication was terrible.
The organisation is shambolic. It seems their modus operandi is “the customer comes last”.
There is a toxic rot within the company from management right down to sales executives.
Avoid like the plague, there are other far more reputable and proactive immigration law firms available across the world.

I was referred by a friend and i placed a call to your office, after long conversations with the customer service agent, she promised to send me mail and to also book my appointment. I wanted for almost 24 hours no mail and no call from anyone. I had to call again and i was refer to Mr. Raviteja who in return worst person for me. I will never advise to there customers service agents. please keep to their promises and do follow-up next time.

Had two meetings with different advisors. First one gave me completely incorrect advice, second one barely helped and spoke quite patronisingly to me when I had a breakdown. I have since talked to a lawyer who has told me that all their advice is incorrect. My status in the country i have moved is now unknown because of their incompetence. I’m absolutely fuming. Do not use these people, splurge on a proper lawyer.
I wanted to get advice on moving to sharjah with my mother. I’ve been living and working in Poland for over 7 years. I already have an offer of highly paying job in sharjah (with handsome salary ). All i wanted was advice on how my mother can accompany me.
First, representative contacted me over half a dozen times and took all the info of my case which she said she’ll forward to the lawyer so that during call with the lawyer the lawyer will be well prepared.
When the call started with the lawyer the lawyer said she doesn’t know anything about my case and the representative never sent her any info. I then again had to tell the entire story of my case. After hearing it she gave me 3 options which were right off from the immigration department website. I told her I already know about these and all she had to say was these are the only options. worst experience than ever
Highly unprofessional! Caseworkers and lawyers will take their sweet time to respond to your inquiries/give you updates. It has taken over a month to get a response regarding information on my case, and the only reason I got a response was because I reached out to them again (a response**, not information). They did provide *some* useful advice. But otherwise you’re basically on your own.
I would highly recommend avoiding this organization.
Please don’t try their services. They aren’t responsive and there is no clear communication. You can 100% do it yourself and avoid the long waiting time and money they charge you. They keep asking me for different documents and once I provide them, they say ok other documents are expired and they don’t want you to move forward. Their final package has some discrepancies as well. In general, please don’t waste your time and money.

Ive been emailing them for weeks with not luck. I called them. They said my account was not PAID, I sent proof of payment, then the guy replied and said I needed to reply some questions I have already replied weeks ago. Ive been sending emails since then but haven’t gotten a response

Awful customer service! I had to reach out to their customer service several times because they kept asking for the same documents over and over. When I received my packet I realized that some documents were missing, and that the attorney who reviewed my case did not even looked at the documents. Also, the form fees were wrong and had to correct the amount I was submitting to USCIS.
After all the errors they made with my application they did not even apologize. I would not trust them with something as important as an immigration application after know how they manage their cases. Just look for an attorney somewhere else.
3 months in and they still haven’t submitted the application. They ask for things bit-by-bit, and just keep adding new requests – incredibly frustrating experience.
Look – I get it, it is cheaper than any attorneys and the website is really streamlined. If nothing goes wrong, it is a highly cost-efficient process to get your immigration status.
However, you also need to realize that you are just a number to the company, one out of many, many cases that go through them. This is why our experience has been so negative – we need to constantly chase the attorney to continue with our case review otherwise we would not hear from them. When we finally satisfy all their requirements, they said they need to prioritize other more urgent cases over ours for another three weeks. Again, we are just a statistics to them and hence we are kicked back to the end of the line without due consideration.
The bright side is it is a relatively big company so they offered us a full refund.
Terrible experience working with this organization. We had gotten to the final step of our application and they completely stopped communicating with us. We have to continued to call them and get passed from one representative to the next and none of them give us a direct answer, just that we will be contacted. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere for an immigration lawyer or do it yourself. This was a complete WASTE of money

I had to go legally to take my money out from fast global.
I paid them for Canada start up visa and won the case and successfully took all the money that I paid.
If you are planning to start the Canada start up visa with fast global then you are wasting your hard earned money and time.

The owner of the company met me and asked me to apply for Canada start up visa and without carrying out my due diligence I applied based on her commitment.
No progress for 1 year. Now I realized that I made a mistake.
It seems I have lost my 95000 AED.
In total I paid 95K AED for Canada start up visa to fast global. They took 30K AED as service charges and 65K AED as investment amount. 1.6 years now but no progress.
When ever I call them they say we will get back to you shortly. Now am planning to go legally.
