I applied for FASTag on 27 Dec 2020 online for personal Car. I paid online Rs.1500/- through Credit card. Thereafter I received an email from HDFC Bank quoting application reference No HR16210101230607 also mentioned therein that FASTag will be received by me within 7 working days but yet not received. Today I confirmed from HDFC Bank FASTag window they informed me that I should consult to them whom I paid Rs. 1500/- They are not opening any file. Moreover HDFC Bank also informed that only Rs500/- is applicable therefore I should not have paid Rs.1500/-. If I don’t receive FASTag immediately I will sue TITU CYBER Cafe for blackmailing
