fasttrack – gave the watch for repair and the service centre exchanged my watch with another customer and now they are replying you cant get yiur watch back

i had brought a Fast Track (Titan) and within 1 month it got spoilt ..so i gave it in the service centre and now they have exchanged my watch with another consumer ..and i havent got my watch back ..they are now replying we are not able to get your watch back that customer is not giving it back…so you cant get your watch back
