Titan.co.in — Harassment in returning the product

I bought a watch from Titan.co.in website on date 11-Feb-16, order # EC00091605 . Within 2 days after receiving the order, I raised a request to return the product on 15-Feb-16 via email, as mentioned in their return policy. On not receiving any response, I dialled to their customer support, and learned that no action was taken on my email. They acknowledged my email and opened a return request and told me that it will take 8-10 business days to get the return done.
However, even after my numerous emails and calls to their customer care, no action has been taken from their end, they won’t even reply to my emails. It’s a harassment from their end and a pathetic experience for me.

I hope some strict action to be taken against them, so that they do not take their customers for granted.
