sir/madam i saw an advertisement on toi news app on my phone about bose bluetooth speakers worth 14000/- being offered for just 1999/- only by febindia, as i thought times of india would never let any fake company advertise on its portal i instantly ordered for one. its fake it does not even switch on ,there is no option on its website to complain and although i have received and paid for the product the website still says my order is under process after 4 days of receiving it thus there is no option to click for return or refund. after i came to this forum i realised many others have also been cheated please help.
