Dear Sir,

I have purchased a bose-sound link mini bluetooth speaker from febindia online product, but as soon as i saw the product i came to know it is a fake product and the product was almost broken. I have sent the images to the concerned department but there is no mail or sms conformation. I have asked for refund of money but the customer care representative is giving false excuses. My order no is 14284. Please help me to get a original product or to refund the money.
