I have ordered 2 jewellery set worth Rs.3000 with Femart Jewellery Arthi Dayand through whatsapp. The response was very bad after recieving the amount. After repeated followups I got only 1 jewellery set worth 2k.. The other jewellery was not even sent and she didnt reply to messages and calls. Even after telling complaints will be registered she didnt bother to look into the issue. I thought she is a reputed seller and I would get either refund or the jewel back. But after losing money only Im hearing too many complaints about her behaviour and she is cheating people knowingly..
