My order id 33971472, i order cake for 8thmay of may on 7th may around 4pm i request you to change address you are agreed and charge 130 rupees more for change ia agreed and pay.
On 8th may around 7pm i call delivery boy where are you he say he in another state i shocked and after that I call you c care numbers and informed him current situation he tell our team will contacts you for resolution.
Just i cut the call i message come your item is delivered then I raised query in your app and try to contact your c care after 1 hour around 8 to 8: 30 c care attend my call then i tell him all situation but he say order was delivered.
After that you team mail me order delivered. Till 11th may I call, mail but all time reply is your order was delivered after that on 11th may I tweet then one person call and sorry sir for inconvenience.
After they only defend himself I just want what action taken from your side who spoil my evening and mentally harass me till 11th because your side believe I said lie it’s directly attack of my image.
I just want what action taken from your side to this things is not happen again.
