placed an order from newyork to be delivered to kolhapur.order no. 701753425.they charged me Rs. 2899 but didnt send the flowers and cake.i kept calling and begging them to check with their contact in kolhapur, which they did at 7.00 pm.again after much pleading they agreed to send the combo i selected at 9.00 pm with third-grade products. after series of complaints and phone-calls and emails they keep saying ‘ we will look into the matter’. i have even sent them pictures of the delivery.PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.
