Hi ordered bunch of pink flowers along with card to be delivered to my Brother and sis in law on the occasion of there first marriage anniversary, order no OR-19809391 which costed me around Rs 1750.
I called to check on delivery, fern n petel rep connected my to the local vendor, stating your order is getting ready and will be out of deliver in next 30 mins. It was delivered around 7:30 PM . Upon reverencing the flowers my brother Whats App the images to me. What I see after charging me 1500 rs just for flowers they have delivered red roses that you can get Rs10 a stick at any roadside.
When I checked why the product was changed, we tried calling you your phone was not reachable was totally absurd as i called them at least two times and no one told that we are going to change the product also they told that we hold the right to change the product.

Sincere advise not opt them, WORST Experience and worst CUST CARE
