I have ordered Snickers chocolate to gift some one in India, I have received email from Fern N Petal that the product is not available. I have call them and they said that they will send me a gift voucher of same price which I will receive in 3 days and I can use it within 6 months . I have not received voucher, I have call them again and they said that they will refund me the amount and I will receive this within 7 working days. This is ridiculous and disappointing. I wanted to send chocolate to my friend for his birthday which he didn’t received. I paid whole amount and i have not received satisfactory output. Very poor services
