I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a Personalised Mug from Ferns and Petals which is an online site for ordering flowers and gifts. Unfortunately the same got cancelled on 14th of August which is also the date on which it was supposed to be delivered. And it has been 12 days since then and i have not got my money back. I have been chasing it from last 12 days and all i get to know from the customer service representatives is that we’ll take another 10 days to refund the money back to you because of some RBI guideline which says an online shopping site can refund the money only after 10-12 days. The last mail i received from them clearly states that they will take another 7-10 days to refund the money.

Kindly help me in getting this resolved.
