Dear sir,

I have newly joined an organisation 2months back, in the month of jan i have some site work where i was using the laptop which was not issued to me but asked to work on it, unfortunately some one had stolen my laptop as well my expensive belongings. no one in seniors cooperated me when i asked the security gards to check the each of the bag holders.

i asked to case a file missing of 1.6 years old laptop from my HR & Accounts dept., but they don’t have the bill as well no details of the laptop, i emphasized my company department to provide me the details of bill and so that i could get track the device threw my uncle who is in CBI gurgaon.

Now the HR is deducting my salary and forcing me to get purchase a new laptop. which i cant afford while the time.

i humbly request to what to proceed now, as they have no records/deatils/bill of that laptop nor it was issued to me on my name.

they are not treating me an justified amount nor cooperating me in finding out ,please help me and suggest me because i cant alone bear the full cost of that laptop which was used for years without bill,which was not even issued on my name and whcih was used for the company work at got stole at company site.
