Such a worst service ..hell of experience of ferns and petals..all the representatives sitting on customer care department are useless doing nothing good for nothing..just giving lame excuses for the non delivery of order. Its been almost a week my order has yet not been delivered. Its such a nuisance. I will never recommend this ferns and petals to anybody in future.
