I made an order #4639878 on 6th Feb (birthday gift) to be delivered on 8th Feb. It wasn’t delivered on 8th Feb (Even I called their customer care and asked for the status , they told me that it will be delivered on 8th Feb itself). However, I didn’t receive any communication till 12th Feb, they called me on 12th feb to ask for delivery, I told them to cancel and refund the amount and they agreed to it ( they did not deny doing refund over call).
I dropped them a mail on 13th Feb i.e today, now they are not agreeing to process the refund.
Because of them, We (My husband and me) have suffered emotional and financial loss (as it was my birthday, and the gift was my personalized surprise gift from my husband, which did not reach me, spoiling our special day.
They should refund the amount and additionally compensate for our emotional loss.
I have had Ferns and Petals informing me that they have been unable to deliver a birthday cake to an address because they could not find it. Sounds funny especially, when you realise that they had made a delivery to the very same address for the last 4 years.
Moreover, they went onto to deliver the cake a good week and half later to make a mockery of the situation and never refunded my payment as a courtesy.
It kind of appears we are paying these people money for trying and not so much for the completion of task.
I hope a decent company can replace this fraudulent one.
I made an order on 2 nd Jan, 2021 order no# 21407784.The delivery date was on 4th Jan 2021.Ferns n Petals was not taking my location.When I typed the address,it showed, ” no results found”.I set up a nearby landmark for easy identification during delivery.Today is 5 th Jan,they delivered it to a wrong place far from my location,denying the fact that they deliver in the given location.Now I have to leave my emergencies during pandemic and loiter around the town to find out my parcel.The change of the address was notified a day before which was denied.Now it has been delivered to a wrong place.Literally no email response about refunds even after repeatedly communicating them.My questions are:
1)If ferns n petals cannot detect the location then why should a customer suffer?Why are there gaps for filling up landmarks and nearby roads in the delivery addresses?If the pincode is not detected,then the landmarks were there.
2)It is not a matter of 50 rupees or 50,000rupees.It is a matter of harrassment of the customer regarding refunds.Why repeated emails regarding refunds from customers remains unanswered?’Pin drop silence’.
3)Further the person in charge of delivery was continuosly denying the inconvinience that ferns and fetals has created regarding location.He was not at all ready to listen ,kept on arguing.
