Paid 2200Rs for decoration for a personal event. The quality of the materials (balloons, tapes, and other decoration material) were so poor that everything came off within 3 hours, even before the event started. I reached out to customer support of Ferns n Petals, and all they said was that they are not liable to anything after 2 hours of the decoration. Instead of making amends to their own fault, they started ignoring my complaints and the tickets which were raised by me. Would recommend everyone to not order from their website as they’ll save themselves a lot of time and money.
