Ferns and Petals (fnp.com). Company failed to deliver birthday cake to an address on 27th Feb , 2021 mentioning that it could not find the address. The address happened to be the very same that it had earlier delivered birthday cake to for 4 previous years consecutively. I have attached a copy of the email received from them.
No refund was ever provided.
