I purchased in resale flat No. T2/33 second floor from Mr. Abhay Kumar choudhary and submitted all transfer papers on 22nd april and hardly on 12th I received builder agreement and no original receipts.

They appears to me that I have been cheated through hands of this builder. Their projects at sector 89 Phase Ii
Beverly homes are lying as it is and Haryana granted road approval long back but builder Mr. ashish seth never talkes with public who have invested their hard earned money.

Their efficiency lies that they took 2 months to get transfer builder agreements signed but no time to get original receipts to be signed.

It appears builders are genuine but lazy and slow in accommodating public and long late in possession is a matter of dreams.
