I have ordered clothes from this company of the value INR 787 on the 3rd of November. I have tried calling them and emailing them several times but to no avail.
Please could you let me know how I can get a refund or go to a consumer forum? I have the bill and as soon as I made the purchase I got a message from them saying the
order has been successfully placed and since then no news. I needed this urgently.
Companies such as this should be taken to task, else they will take more people for a ride. As the public, we forget how much power we actually have. Do let me know if any of you with similar complaints would like to file similar complaints and make them pay. I am waiting a while longer, else I will slap a legal notice and ensure that the business goes down. I am personally tired of staying quiet and letting the public be taken advantage of.
