Horrible customer care . Very irresponsible attitude of firstcry.twice I faced delivery problems. First was when my order with online payment done was delivered to somebody else and I received message saying it is delivered. It took hours and days to folow up and get back d refund. Again this time they have not yet delivered my order.and there is no communication from firstcry about the status ior the reason for delay or god knows wwhat. .
