Had bought a pair of Fit wise watches offered on a special deal with claims of Easy Refunds, with an absolutely RISK FREE TRIAL, and 100% Hassle Free Refund Guarantee. However, after having returned the watches, in exact same intact condition, as received (owing to unsatisfactory product quality and performance), neither have we heard from the company, despite sending multiple emails at every step, nor received any refund as promised by them upon receipt of the product.
Order Date – 15 January 2021, Invoice No HM6513.
Amount paid by CC – Rs 4299 and
product returned by DTDC Plus Courier on 22nd January 2021, from Cochin (my residence) to New Delhi, address provided – Watch Store, Property Number 67, Lane Number 3, Shastri Park, Chander Nagar, Delhi -110051. Courier Charges of Rs 330/- borne by me.
