I have purchased Fit wise watch online on 12th June 2021 and delivered at my home address on 15th June 2021 via Blue Dart courier service (attached snapshot of invoice number).

I am really very dis-satisfied with the product, seems it is faulty and looks quite old by physical appearance. The battery is totally drained/old and not working properly even after charging for more than 4 hrs. Walking steps always show 0 after doing all settings as well. I am sending pictures as well. Provided support mail id is bogus. No contact numbers available.
Expecting stern action against company fast. An early response is appreciated.
