Flaberry.com — Cheated INR 400 without delivering the confirmed Order

Request everyone not to order anything from this website. I had called them before placing an order (INR 1219.00 ) to confirm whether they can deliver the Flowers and Card for a birthday. After i got the confirmation i placed an order (1200172656) and on the date of delivery, 13th July 2017,i get a e-mail saying it’s not possible to deliver the flowers.

I requested to raise the complaint and within 15 mins of complaint registered the order status got updated as amount refunded. However even after a week, they did not refund any amount. On contacting customer service, after multiple arguments, they just refunded INR 819. and remaining amount is cheated from me. This is this some kind of fake site to loot people?
