Dear sir,

On 13/12/2017 i had orderd flowers n cake for my parents from online florist shop – flaberry.com, the delivery was to happen on 14/12/2017. Its already 6 days but there is no comunication on delivery or responce on their customer service number. I have also tried to write them email and on their facebook page asking for refund but no responce.
