FLABERRY.COM-THIS IS A BIG TIME FRAUD COMPANY.I ordered 2flower bouquets on the 13th of feb with order #1200186116. i was promised delivery on the 14th feb which never happened. i waited the entire day as slot time was from morning 6am to 10pm. At around 12pm noon on the 14th the order was still showing processed. after couple of hours it shows packed and thats it.I have emailed and written them so many time but no reply. on the 15th feb it shows delivered in the website however it was never delivered.after so many mails and writing them via the chat box there was no reply. i even sent email at the email address given in the website and i just got a reply that “sorry for the delay in response, we wish to inform that the package was delivered”. the customer care number is just for name sake. it never gives you option to speak to a cust.care representative. i have been asking for refund but there is no reply. ITS NOT ONLY WITH ME BUT LOT OF CUSTOMERS. FLABERRY IS A SCAM COMPANY DOING BUSINESS FRAUDLY AND SCAMMING PEOPLE.. I REQUEST EVERYONE DONT BUY FROM THEM. THEY NEVER REFUND,NOR DO THEY RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS OR EVEN FOR THAT MATTER NEVER DELIVER THE PRODUCT. ONCE YOUR MONEY IS DEDUCTED THEY STOP REPLYING. ITS BEEN A WEEK NOW SINCE I ORDERED AND STILL NO REFUND.
