I bought a few gift items from the online site https://www.flaberry.com with order id 1200186866 and they promised the same day delivery of the items. I paid Rs.3117 and got the order confirmation for the items (Flowers, chocolates and a greeting card) . For the same day delivery they took 500 rupees extra from me. After this there no way they pick calls/ answer emails. Tried to contact them the whole day but no response.

Their contact number goes to IVR and ask us to send email. No email response came. Chat support is never answered. Made me wait for 5 hours and session timed out. Order status shows shipped and out for delivery but there is no response or contact information for them.

Just checked google reviews and found that this is a fraud site. Many many people have been cheated like this.

Kindly logde a complaint against them and get me my money back please.
