I had on 15.09.2013 placed an order vide No. 19617053 for a birthday cake to be delivered to my son studying in Coimbatore and i had also paid for the amount vide net banking. The status on that date was processing and the status now is pending. I wonder what is the type of service they provide. No action taken to refund the money also.
